The Cybersmart program aims to provide cybersafety information, programs and resources that are interesting, accessible and well suited to parents, children and young people. To help ensure that the program hits the mark, parents and children aged between 8 and 17 years are invited to provide their feedback and comments through a brief online survey.

Hector helps children to learn computer security skills

A new episode in the popular online safety program Hector’s World™ was launched today by the ACMA. Developed by New Zealand charity, Hector’s World Ltd, the episode introduces the foundations of computer security skills to a young audience.
